Step 4: Configure Form Settings

After you have created the forms and added items with price, you have to make settings to get the required output from your forms.

Click the ‘Settings’ tab option of the form to start making settings. There are three setting options like General, Notifications, and Confirmations.

General Settings

For general form settings, go to Settings>>General for settings tab with general setting options.

The general settings contain options like Form Name, Description, CSS class, Submit Button text, and submit button text, Submit button processing text, etc.

Notifications Settings

To open this setting the option, go to Settings>>Notifications. When the user submits the form, they get some default notifications like the sender email address, email subject, from name, and email. Notifications settings allow modifying the notification users get on form submission.

In addition to the above notifications setting options, you can change the setting options like reply-to, and a message from users.

Confirmations Settings

The confirmation setting can be useful when you want to give confirmations to your users on form submission. Go to the Settings >> Confirmations tab to get the confirmation setting options.

Step 5: Add PayPal Addon and Enable PayPal Payments

To add PayPal addon, go to the ‘Payments’ tab and click the ‘PayPal Standard’ option as showing in the image below.

It displays the notification as the PayPal addon is not installed on your WordPress website. You have to click the ‘YES, INSTALL AND ACTIVATE’ button to start installing the WPForms PayPal addon.

After the PayPal addon gets activated, you will get the notification that the addon is activated as showing in the image below. Refresh the WPForms form builder after adding the PayPal addon by clicking on the ‘YES, SAVE AND REFRESH’ button.

Now, your PayPal addon is ready to enable and use with your billing and order form. Click the ‘Enable PayPal Standard Payments’ checkbox to enable PayPal for your form.

Fill your PayPal account email address and fill other details to start using PayPal on your form.

Step 6: Embed Collect PayPal Payments Form Using Shortcode

After you have done with all the settings and changes, click the ‘SAVE’ button to save all your valuable changes. See the image below showing the button to save the form.
