Recognize the person as a Proper Noun
If there are many persons in front of you and you have to call a single person among them. Luckily, you know the name of the person. Just speak loudly the name of the person and he/she comes out from the crowd immediately. You have to use the name of the person like John, Shyam, Suresh, Ramesh, Rohit, etc.
These all are the real names of the person you can use when you want to call them. When you write these names in your notebook, you have to start them with the capital letters.
Find the place as a Proper Noun
Suppose, you have to visit a place in India and you know the name of the place. You have to just tell the name of the place to the tourist guide to get the idea of the place. The tourist guide can easily identify the place after knowing the name of the place. The name of the place can be Shimla, Kashmir, Kerala, Kathmandu, etc.
They are the name of the location where you can visit easily if you know the names.

If you have a document or book and you know the name of it. You can easily identify it with its names. There are many books in your house. You have to read the name of the book to get it from the Almirah.
